'Fish Can' is a wry comment on the global food industry - a machine made 'factory-fresh' fish supper for the digital age - and it took nearly twenty years to prepare!

The picture of the sardine can was taken on good, old-fashioned film in the UK in the early nineties and the rather large goldfish was 'captured' digitally in Thailand in 2011.

The two images were happily married in a computer in the same year and are still together.

Materials used:  A sense of humour, one large goldfish, one sardine can, a Sony NEX-5, a computer, one sheet of Crystal Archive paper, light, silver, impeccable craftsmanship, dedication, blood, sweat & tears.

15" x 12" (38 x 30 cm) - 250 prints

20" x 16" (51 x 41 cm) -   50 prints
