Art Grafts is the alter ego of the English fine art photographer Dominic Rouse born in 1959. He started his career as a photojournalist in at the age of 16 and opened his first commercial studio ten years later. In 1996 he bought his first computer and started working digitally on personal projects, ending his association with the commercial/advertising world and commissioned work.

'Warped Tulip' is part of the 'Floral Tributes' series made in 1989 in response to a failed marriage.  It is an unretouched studio still-life composition of a wilting white tulip reflected in a twisted acrylic mirror.

Each print is an impeccably crafted work of art on Fuji's beautiful  Crystal Archive paper.  The image area is 15" x 10" allowing a generous white border for matting and framing. The artist's signature is hand-written on the back in black ink.  The title and copyright details are noted underneath the image and the edition number is handwritten into the ART + GRAFT Gallery Stamp printed on the back of every print.  A Certificate of Print Authenticity is included.
